Danube

Green Point Hungary is a new international Web site
that will serve as a Forum on the Internet for the discussion of
environmental problems and solutions.
ERN, the European Rivers Network, is a non profit NGO. The
aim of ERN, is to unite associations and organisations working on rivers
and to increase communication between these organisations in order to
better preserve the natural rivers in
Europe.
World
Wildlife Fund International’s (WWF) mission is to conserve nature
and ecological processes by:

  • preserving genetic, species, and ecosystem diversity
  • ensuring that the use of renewable natural resources is sustainable
    now and in the longer term, for the benefit of all life on Earth

  • promoting actions to reduce to a minimum pollution and the wasteful
    exploitation and consumption of resources and energy.

WWF’s
ultimate goal is to stop, and eventually reverse, the accelerating
degradation of our planet’s natural environment, and to help build a

 The Hungarian Lobby has been created with the help of the
UMCP Hungarian American Association ( a non-profit student organization)
to serve as a forum to promote Hungarian views and interests in the United
States.
