The Czegei Wass Foundations was established in1996 by the five sons of the late Albert Wass de Czege, the noted Transylvanian-Hungarian novelist. The purpose of the Foundation is to provide economic and humanitarian aid to ethnic minorities living in Transylvania so that they can improve their lives during the reconstruction period that has followed the fall of Communism in Romania.
