Another great Hungarian recipe:
Fresh Green Beans or Wax Beans in Sour Cream – (Zöldbab Fözelek)

1 ½ pounds of fresh beans remove ends and cut in bite size pieces. Rinse and drain
3 T oil
½ C chopped oinion
2 teas. Hungarian Sweet Paprika
1 scant t. of salt.
1 T. cornstarch
1 T milk
1 C Sour Cream

Heat oil and add the chopped onion. Cook until soft. Add paprika. Mix well. Add beans and barely cover with water. Cover and cok for about 20 min. Beans should be tender but still crisp. Remove from heat. Dissolve the 1T of cornstartch in 1T of milk. Add this to the cup of sour cream. Mix in well. Add this mixture to the beans and continue to simmer until hot. Serves 4 to 6
