A recent visit to the Lazarus server known for its old county maps in Hungary revealed more developments there. The Cartography Department of the Eotvos University has put the 1:200,000 scale old military maps showing historical Hungary to their website.

Two versions are available:
1) The scanned images of the originals in JPEG format. Quality is not the best, still very much usable. It looks like these are the images that were the raw materials for:
2) Redrawn maps. These are much easier to read and navigate, but the originals have more details.

I'm sure these maps will be referred to as much as those county maps are.

This latter gives more town names on its overview map and might be a better start if you are not sure which of the sheets includes your places.
