Mulled Wine (forralt bor)

Mulled wine is called "forralt bor" in Hungarian, and everyone seems to have
his own recipe. You can use red wine or white wine. The main ingredients
wich you will nearly always find are cinnamon (fahéj), clove (szegfűszeg)
and whole grains of pepper (bors); you can also add slices of orange peel
and lemon peel or juice.

The wine is heated up (not boiled!) with the ingredients. Another (less
alcoholic) way is to boil the spices in 1 leter of water and than add 1
liter of wine and heat up everything again.

The mulled wine can also be cooled and used as a refreshing drink.
