No name dish

Just about an hour ago I decided I wanted to eat a good
hungarian dish of some kind. I didn't know what to fix so
like any other good hungarian cook I started off with sauteeing
an onion in a little oleo–then it hit me–a potatoe and smoked
sausage dish would be perfect that I had made on other occasions. At that
point I decided that something was missing.
What else but smoked bacon would complement this dish ?
At that point my taste buds wanted lecsó–so I added a tomato,
and bell pepper. It still didn't seem complete, so I added sour cream
and water to make it into a casserole.
This is not a common hungarian dish, but it does have an authentic
hungarian flavor. I couldn't help myself but I ate too much of it, and
decided I wanted to share this with everyone–so here is the recipe :

1 diced onion sauteed till brown in oleo
2 oz hungarian paprika
Salt to taste
2 lbs diced & cooked potatoes
3 lbs smoked sausage
1/2 lb smoked bacon–diced & pre cooked
1 tomatoe
1 bell pepper
1/2 lb sour cream
2 cups water
