Csaba László Minister of Finance should have known earlier about the
commission of the Forgács & Kiss Lawyers Office by Malév Airlines as the
representative of his ministry sat there in the board of directors of
Malév. The standpoint of the Ministry is, however, that its department
leader is a natural person and has no obligation for information. The
Malév affair will be discussed today in the State Privatization
Company(ÁPV Rt).

Last week Csaba László Minister of Finance proposed the recalling of the
leaders of Malév because of the contract made with Forgács & Kiss Lawyers
Office though the minister should have been informed about the contract
by his colleague sitting in the board of directors of Malév. Balázs
Enyedi, head of the department of privatization and property management
in the Ministry who supervises ÁPV Rt as the Ministers commissioner, took
part in the work of the board of directors of Malév, even he was one of
the three members of the decision making body which selected the Forgács
&Kiss Lawyers Office for the work.
